Hi,

I recently got 3 errors on my Spark: gimbal gyroscope error, air encoder error and forward vision sensor error.
I tried reinstalling the firmware with no effect, and then I took the drone apart, disconnected all cables from the motherboard and took it out to inspect the drone for some internal damage; no damage was there as far as I could see. But then when I reassembled the drone, everything worked fine and the errors dissapeared.

What could be the cause for this random behaviour? And more specifically: What could cause these 3 seemingly unrelated errors to pop up at the same time? My guess is some loose flatcable or corroded connector but I don't have a clue.

I forgot to mention that the unit I have is second hand. Can I still request the repair? And how much would it cost?

You're right, oxidation of flat cables is the cause of 80% of errors.
Spark's contacts are approx. At the age of 1.5-2 years, it starts causing problems
