Hey!

I have connected the Lidar rangefider as instructed. Subject tracking works, but AF  (autofocus) does NOT work. Updated the firmware but nothing. Lens focus  goes back to the same position and doesn't move form that position when I  try to focus with the lens. AF on the Lidar is turned on. Any ideas? Focus motor works when I use the dial but not when driven by the Lidar....Any ideas?

Hi, please can you help me. I have the DJI Ronin RS3 Pro, and use the Sony FX3. I am seriously considering buying the DJI LiDAR not for the auto focus but to active track objects as well as faces. Have you been able to do this on your LiDAR? Active track objects such as for example a table, or a lamp, a stationery car, or a  tree instead of just faces? Many thanks, Andrew

I have the exact same problem, have you found a solution?
My LiDAR use to work and suddenly not.

All updates are done, tracking works but it doesn’t want to auto focus, even if the lens is calibrated and the LED is showing green.
It goes automatically to close focus then stays there.
I am on a job, I need to find a solution fast…
