I bought an HDMI out module for my phantom 4pro  After installing this module, the blue light on the controller stays on. does not make any sound  I tried to update says it's incompatible  Is there any HDMI adapter that works with my GL300F controller?

Can you please try to connect your remote controller to the DJI Go 4 app with the HDMI module attached please update the firmware to the latest version and check if the issue persists.
