Hi Everyone, I'm New to this hobby.I Buy DJI Mini 2 fly more combo 2 weeks ago and after 1 weeks fly it with very fun and confident.
The Drone tumble itself from the sky after i finished Helix Quickshot, i dont now what happen and now i'm afraid of flying DJI Drone because the unpredicted behaviour.
I still want playing drone but i want to know what happend.
There is no wind/gust, no obstacles, clear sky, GPS Perfect, Battery OK, Propeller Ok before flight, also after crash there is no proppeler broken.
Please can anyone figure it out, what happen to make it crash like that.

and there is 2 flight with warning "Detected Side Shock" before the crash, there is a warning and bank to the right but fortunately did not make the drone crash.

the drone have broken gimbal, camera and crack leg, but i already send to Drone Repair Shop nama Hamada Drone in Bali because DJI in Indonesia is very very not helpfull (i will not buy any drone with this official distributor again ever). So i decided to cover the repair and cost by myself.
The purpose of i'm posted this post is, i want to know what happend to my flight and drone, so in the future it can't happend again.

the distributor name is TAM
they not very helpfull, dont want to communicate, dont want to know customer problem, just give address like that.
I ask for telp number to communicate before i sent my broken drone, but they dont want to give it.
Because i live in Samarinda, the nearest their office is 15 hours using car, and their another office is must use airplane to reach.
I am very upsad with their service with customer, and i promise never buy anything from them again.

and about warranty and flight safety, if after repair, my drone fall again with no reason, maybe i'm in bad luck that i buy a defect drone. i will search another brand that have a good customer service at least.

i already contact rumah drone and they respon pretty quick and cooperative, not like the seller
if my drone can't be fixed in Bali, i will send to rumah drone for repair.
And i just want to know what happend to my drone that make it crash.
