Made my first hyperlapse waypoint mission this evening. I figured out that the drone has to be airborne before waypoints can be established and used and that makes perfect sense. However, is there a way to save this mission for use again, without having to drain the battery all over again?
Aircraft firmware: 01.00.0300
RC firmware: 01.00.0300
DJI Mini 3 Pro (DJI RC)

Yes,  all the waypoint missions are saved to be used again.  Here's a tutorial -

Now you've made the leap from the Phantom3 to the Mini3Pro, you'll be delighted with it.
I began with a Phantom4 and migrated step by step through the Mavics and now have the Mini3Pro with dedicated RC. I love it - and I'm still learning too
