Hi Fred.Thanks. We've had a hotter than usual summer and autumn here. Now the evenings are getting perceptibly colder. From what you say, it sounds as though you live in a fairly arid region.
Maybe the cold there is fairly dry. Here, it's the humidity which makes our winters damp and miserable.
But then, only a few months from now we'll be talking about the early signs of Spring
You guess correctly my friend, I live in a small town called Hesperia in Southern California, and beside Iraq we are the only place to have Joshua trees and it rarely ever rains and the cold is a dry cold but when it’s super windy does it hurt but I can imagine how it would feel in more of a humid cold. But I personally like cold seasons as It feels very homey to me sitting by the fire (with the exception of high gas prices being over 6$) and doing puzzles with my family and drinking hot tea. But as it gets colder keep warm my friend. |
