I have had Avata for a month now and since day one shoot only in Narrow + HorizonSteady, some younger folks criticize that there is no sense of action
So today I had one flight in the park and the first half did it as usual Narrow + HorizonSteady, but the second part switched to UltraWide + RockSteady
So the question is Which Do You prefer personally?
Narrow + HorizonSteady


Or
UltraWide + RockSteady

I had a slight preference for the second one. Although that seems more distorted.

You and everybody else (I did ask many friends and all of them prefer wide and rocksteady) so I am switching settings

It might work best for close proximity stuff. But I'm not sure.

UltraWide + RockSteady for my taste.

I think they both have different use cases

-- HorizonSteady = Slow flying for cinematic purposes through buildings / paths / etc where you want to eliminate aircraft roll, have done this through buildings and the footage turns out great
-- RockSteady = Everything else
-- EIS OFF = If you prefer GyroFlow over RockSteady, looking at comparison videos, GyroFlow seems to crop the video more than RockSteady does

Depends on the location really. I had recent comments on FB that a few didn't like HS and to fly in RS.....The sheer neck of people. I personally like HS as it makes it more flowy. Got one coming from this morning round a doomsday book church and graveyard filmed in HS and it works.

My vote would be for Horizon Steady.  

Turn eis off and notice the significant in image sharpness and quality; I use gyro flow or rocksteady, but for overall ease rocksteady
