You are welcome, and we are now having the official firmare released, you can also update the firmware to the official firmware directly.

Hi there, it is because aircraft firmware V02.04.23.20 for Air 2S supports support for United States RID requirements. Please check and make sure that the App version needs to be updated to 1.7.8 or above. For mobile devices, it should allow the DJI Fly to obtain the location information and also needs to ensure that the DJI Fly app runs in the foreground.

Thanks I got it working after verifying that DJI app and aircraft were up to date. Thanks for responding right away.

Hi there, sorry to hear about the issue you encountered. Just to double confirm, the firmware has not been updated for your drone and controller, and there is a 30064 error, right?

Please try to update the firmware successfully first and try again. Please try to use the DJI Assistant 2 (download link: https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series) on the computer to do the update. If the update still fails, please provide a screenshot of the error message of the firmware update failure for better confirmation, thank you.

Do you mean the model of your drone is indeed Mini 3 Pro? Could you please provide us with a screenshot showing the current firmware version?

I have the mini 2 se and had the same issue. Found a reset button on the bottom. Pushed it and it works like a charm!
