Hi I just bought a Ronin RS 2 used off of Ebay, looks like it is in great condition. It is my first time using this device, so perhaps I'm missing something, but here is the issue. I've unlocked the pan, roll, and tilt locks to unfold the arms of the gimbal, but then when I go to relock the device in the setup position on the tripod, the tilt lock will not lock. It is hanging down in the correct position, but it will not engage the lock there. Any help? Is this device perhaps broken?

Update: I just discovered that the "roll" arm was locked in the wrong position, which is why I could not get the tilt arm locked in the correct position.
