Very strange behavior, which is inconsistent as well.
Often when trying to open one of the drone settings the menus will slide open and then instantly slide shut again. Behavior just developed out of no where. I'm going to try to attach a screen recording below.
Camera setting menus work fine, as do those for the controller. But trying to change something on the drone itself, well can't do it.

iPhone 12 pro max
iOS 16.0.2 (probably go to 16.1 tonight)

Phantom 4, with the app indicating the latest firmware
flight systems indicate normal, except for transmission strength (here in the house) fluctuating between poor and good.

Have deleted and reinstalled the app.
Flight control has been fine. I just can't get at the menus when necessary.

Any ideas? Is there some secret setting I don't know about?

seriously? Use and iPhone 10? doesn't even list iPads. That's a rather sorry state of affairs. apparently not looking forward into the future. Fortunately, I already figured out a workaround.

i’ve been having the same problem. only i noticed it only happens when i’m connected through the rc. On wi-fi connection using only iphone, settings menu works just fine. So how did you solve your problem?

Mavic 2 Pro, DJI GO 4 and iPhone 14 Pro - SAME PROBLEM ! Exactly same. Can You fix that and release update ?

Yes, that's what I experience.
If I disconnect the aircraft the menus will operate normally.

When the aircraft is connected, try tapping the map display first. I find that if I work with the map display as the primary screen the menus will operate normally.

This is still hapening with me is there any fix? I tried using my iphone xs rather than my 15 but the menu keeps closing even when i'm not being connected I redownloaded the app but no fix what's so ever

try switching from the camera view to the Map View in the app. That seems to help. We’re going back-and-forth between the two.
