The video subtitle information in that photo includes aperture, shutter, ISO, EV, GPS coordinates, aircraft's current distance from the Home Point, aircraft's current height relative to the takeoff point, horizontal speed, and vertical speed. Hi I am using DJI Mini 2 with its Video Caption on displaying exactly like the image here. I provide my footage to my client and they asked me if I could include date / time. I am not sure if I can turn on anymore or alter what the video caption shows

Hi there, please no worries it could be turned off. You can click three dots on the right of the top, select Camera and you see the Video Subtitles. Thanks.
