Hi there,

I just received my RS3 gimbal and tried to rotate with 3D 360 (in FPV mode). My camara doesn't turn fully around it's own axis. It feels like the camera is too heavy (?) as it stops spinning half way.

From the weight it should be fine. It's an R5 body with a 24-70mm lens.

I would appreciate any help or tipps how to fix it.

The axis was not poperly balanced.
