Hi, fans48471678. Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry for the unpleasant experience. Please note that FlyShare can only be used with DJI RC that has a firmware version: v01.02.0000

Here are the two methods for updating DJI RC’s firmware:
[Method 1] Connect DJI RC to a network. If the firmware is not the latest version, the DJI RC will pop up prompt. Tap the firmware update warning shown on the remote controller’s screen to update the firmware.

[Method 2] Use DJI Assistant 2 to update the firmware.

1. Download DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) to your computer: https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series
2. Connect DJI RC to DJI Assistant 2 and update via DJI Assistant 2.
