Thanks for the reply, I already successfully updated the RC Firmware, and the Flyshare icon appears and finished scanning the qr code but after that another qr code with Chinese characters is prompting.

Hello, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Please try to scan the QR more times. If the issue persists, please connect the WiFi of DJI RC manually in the Settings of your mobile device. and try again.

Already tried so many times but still not working, I can access the Flyshare menu but no files can be downloaded...

Kindly know that only materials from the DJI Album and 100MEDIA folders are transferred when using FlyShare. The paths are “sd_card/DCIM/DJI Album” and “sd_card/DCIM/100MEDIA”. If materials from other paths are moved to these two folders, they can also be recognized. Would you please check?

Same here..
No chance to download from RC.. Empty screen on flashare.. Folders on SD card are correct..

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Only materials from the DJI Album and 100MEDIA folders are transferred when using FlyShare. The paths are “sd_card/DCIM/DJI Album” and “sd_card/DCIM/100MEDIA”.
If materials from other paths are moved to these two folders, they can also be recognized.
Note: Caches and recorded videos can only be recognized that are stored under the path mentioned above.

Hey, just experienced the same problem...but then I found out everything is working correct. I've just only connected to the remote (which does not contain any video material). Connecting directly to the aircraft (without switching the remote on) did the trick for me. See the prompt underneath the 'Need help' button in the quicktransfer menu, for the instructions.

Flyshare absolutely useless, does not scan the code. I tried everything they wrote. Nothing helps, DJI failed. Air2S

Hi there, may I ask which remote controller you're using? Could you please tell us the firmware/DJI Fly version?
