See DJIs sneaky marketing works on weak souls like me.

Although I have many of their drones including the mini 3 and Mavic Air 2 I just ordered the Air 2s why because I can now use the DJI RC with it. So Amazon will deliver it tomorrow hopefully. They have it for £880 also. I went for the drone and controller only package as I can use the batteries from my Air 2

Did I need the A2s Absolutly not but when did drone flyers only buy what they need lol

i am in doubt to buy also the Air2s

I do like the RC a lot, use it for my Mini3Pro.  (and no range issues at all!)

I had Air 2S and I bought the new RC. Very happy that I will no longer need my phone.

Congrats on getting the Air 2S. It is quite the upgrade from the Air 2.  It's handy that you can use the batteries from the Air 2 on the Air 2S.

At some point DJI will have gone so far with these drones there will not be extra stuff we actually want. I am sure there will be 8K and 16K and people will get all excited but that is just pointless in my view.

Will they bring out a Micro drone perhaps.

I think what DJI are doing to increase sales is slowly making the DJI RC compatable with their other drones which increases sales of the DJI RC and also those drones.

For me the perfect combo is the Air 2s and mini 3 with a Mini 2 in your back pocket

I’m really hoping the DJI RC is made compatible with mini2,  that would sort my backup out nicely.

i think they will slowly make them all compatible which boosts sale of all their drones and of course the DJI RC

They tried this with the RC Pro and smart controller but I think the price point was way to high and it did not work from a sales point of view

Either way DJI will continue to jerk customers around and we will generally keep buying their stuff lol

I’ve had my Air2S for 15 month and still think it’s amazing. I just purchased the mini3 pro with RC & combo. So now I can fly both with the RC

Except it is the middle of the night and I live in a no fly zone and I am working on an outboard motor.........No hurry
