Hi, Dodster. Thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to read about the trouble you are encountering. Please make sure that you enable Bluetooth and WiFi functions of the mobile device. If you have not tried it yet, we recommend that you connect the aircraft to the DJI Fly and change the aircraft name to DJI Fly. Then, restart the aircraft to test whether the QuickTransfer can be connected for downloading. In case the issue persists, please try disabling mobile/cellular data on your device, restarting the aircraft, and then testing if the device can be connected for Quicktransfer.
