Yes, you read that right, after having a repair case finally completed after 4 weeks of waiting because the drone had to be shipped to germany to be shipped to the facility in my own country to be repaired, I open the package to find the drone in the box without any proper protection AND the Gimbal protection missing leaving the camera vulnerable and not able for me to transport it properly since the camera can be scratched by everything.
@dji how are we gonna solve this ASAP because I am not gonna wait another week to get that gimbal protector back.

Hi Diana, no, I have not yet since they were closed by the time I arrived home since I have to work during the week. Please help me so I can prevent any further damage to my camera on the drone
