I need help on connecting my Air 2S with DroneDeploy.

  

I am sure I tried all suggestions I could find on Google, although not much.

  

It seems DroneDeploy just cannot detect that I am connected to the drone.

  

Connecting with Litchi app, no problem.

  

Connecting with DJI Fly, no problem.

  

I checked, Air 2s is compatible with DroneDeploy.

  

Latest firmware update, reinstalled the app, restarted drone, remote, reconnected, etc

Anyone who can help?

what is the phone/tablet you are connecting to?

Make sure all the other apps that can connect to the drone have been properly quit.

Yes, all quit.

i had issues with my galaxy s22 not being able to see image out of the camera, although i was able to connect. was able to make a map using my ipad. Drone deploys website says air 2s is only compatible on ios.

Aaaa, yes, then this seems to be my problem. Never notice the iOS only.

Thanks for the help. What other mapping software can I use that is compatible with the Air 2s?

i haven't tried yet, but dronelink is suppose to work with air 2s
