Your email validator is broken.
There's really no more details needed. One look at whatever function you have that validates emails will tell you that it's got an invalid pattern.

Your email validator should pass all of these. It fails on some of the simpler ones.

We have tested it, if the horizontal line in the middle of your email is underlined, it can be submitted successfully.
If not, it may not be possible to submit.

You are incorrect. I am a software engineer specialising in web-fronted cloud-based applications. The hyphen (-) is a valid part of the RFC for emails.
I am using the problematic email address as my point of contact for the forums.
This is a mistake in your software.

All of these emails should pass every email validator. If they don't, there's something wrong with it.
The single best solution for "is this an email" is "does it have some characters, an at sign, and some more characters, and a dot sign, and then some more characters" and then, if sendmail (or whatever mailing protocol you're using) can't send the registration mail to that email address, show a warning. This is a 1990s solution that has been solved for more than 30 years now.

The problem is not resolved.
My email address for the account for flight hub has a hyphen in it. It is the email address I use to coordinate all of my DJI communications. It's the email address my drones are tied to.
Telling me to use a different email address is not a solution.

I was hoping to ask them to stop defaulting to drones that I don't have on the project.
The only drone I have attached to it is a M3E, but the default for any flight path is always the Matrice 30.
