● Use Adobe PS CS6 or a newer version to open the
picture and check if it is normal. If this way works, it means the issue is caused by the compatibility of the software. Kindly use another image viewer.
● If there are some spots on DNG but it looks
normal on JPG, please download DNG cleaner from https://www.dji.com/downloads/softwares/other-dji-dng-cleaner and convert the picture to see if the issue can be fixed.

● If the issue persists with different photos and flight environments, I'm afraid that you may consider sending the unit in for a proper diagnosis.
