Hi, I just bought a DJI mini 2 new in box in my country (Costa Rica)but when I try to fly it it shows ¨Navigattion system error¨ and also says its bound to another account, is it there a way to make it work? thanks

Hi there. Apologies for any inconvenience. May we confirm that this unit is a second-hand one? If so, we recommend you contact the previous account holder (previous owner) and kindly ask to unbind the associated account on the app. After that, you may re-associate your preferred account with the DJI Mini 2. It is a shipping return, never flown. Unfortunately, I don't have full contact information of the " previous owner", so I cannot contact him.
What are the disadvantages of having a drone still connected to another account?

Hi Thomas, sorry for the late reply. Please note that the number of flights will be limited when the aircraft is paired with an unbound account. Therefore, we recommend that you contact the seller for unbinding or ask for a replacement.
