Having the gyro in the monitor is a great touch with the firmware update - though, it's not entirely useful at the moment without being able to turn off individal axes. For example, it would be really useful to be able to turn off the roll axis movement in the monitor so that the gyro only operates the pan and tilt and the roll stays level. As it stands, without mounting the monitor to a tripod head and levelling that, it's not particularly useful except in very particular circumstances.

It’s possible when the monitor is controlling the gimbal , there is a soft button on the upper left side of the monitor whete you can set all gyro inputs individually , just slide roll to zero , also a good menu to shut of gyro control quickly

will 2nd this post, Ive asked below also, we really also could do with being able to adjust the gimbal settings when recording, mapping a button to an axis (lock/follow) would be brilliant for us its the tilt axis haha.

This is only while not recording, as soon as you press record this is locked off for some unknown reason.
