probably it was already mentioned, but still:
dji, if C class is possible via firmware upgrade, why not the same upgrades for previous drones aka mavic 2 pro etc? it was mentioned now years ago fro mavic 2 series it will be done, for example.

May we know if your problem is resolved now, if not, please check the following details:
1. Power off and reboot the remote controller and aircraft. Try updating again.
2. If possible, use another mobile device and try again. For example, switch an iOS device to an Android device.
3. If the update using the app still fails, we recommend using DJI Assistant 2 for updating if you have a computer on hand.

It's amazing to me how many people who fly and own drones are so negligent and lazy when it comes to drone ownership and responsibility. EDUCATE YOURSELF AND READ THE MANUAL TO YOUR DRONE(S) AND THE WEBSITE ALONG WITH THE FAA REGULATIONS.

Hi ... I have updated the firmware (Aircraft to v01.00.0900 and RC-N1 to v04.13.0700) and the DJI Fly App to iOS: v1.8.0. Have also made sure that both of my batteries are updated. Restarted mavic, controller and app several times but cannot see option for cruise control (looking under assign function key) and option for night (looking in vido options on main flight screen. Any thoughts feedback appreciated?

After this Update I can not use anymore the HDMI out of my DJI RC PRO. There is no option to switch on.

Just put a bit of black electric tape over the leds, I did this the first day thinking they would go away after one flight or two but they are still there after 100 hours or so.

Works like charm to prevent idiots from laser pointing your drone at night.

Now I regret updating to this firmware, no led control :/

More beating of a dead horse but SDK support is the only thing many of us still want out of this drone. With many of us spending $2,000-$5,000 for different versions of their flagship drone, it's embarrassing for their cheaper models to be more functional than the Mavic 3. If I ever need mapping I sure won't be purchasing an Enterprise level for that when I already paid that much for their prior flagship, I'd rather look at their competition as they don't seem to be removing key functionality from their most expensive drones.

I ended up ordering the Autel Evo 2 V3. The Mavic 3 is a good drone, but Waypoints is something we should have had by default.

EU regulations. Bottom light must be automatic and navigation lights must remain on.

It’s very bad that in the new version of DJI Fly 1.8.0 it was turned off. I took out the N1 remote control from the kit, installed the DJI Fly 1.7.0 application on the phone connected to the drone. Everything works there. I can control the course lights and bottom lights.

I have only been able to use the M3 Cine as a great nighttime video machine.  I have had enough night jobs to break even on the M3.  Barely.

Yes. 01.00.0900

You need to lower the firmware version in the remote control DJI RC (RM330). For the FLY version 1.8.0 to be the previous one, then possible control the course lights and the bottom light.

Yes, I need to downgrade firmware in the DJI RC (RM330) remote control.
I installed DJI Fly 1.7.0 on Android with the RC-N1 remote control. All functions work with this remote control.
But I do not want to use Android. I want to use my DJI RC (RM330) with screen.
But on it after updating DJI Fly 1.8.0 control of the course lights is not possible, and on the C2 button it is not possible to turn on the bottom light.

Next update, waypoints. This is getting to be embarrassing for DJI.

You merged the new firmware announcement with the old post... so it's very confusing!

But the 24/25 fps in Night Mode is a good thing together with Waypoints!!!

What does mean "optimized the flight altitude limit" in new firmware? I don't want downgrade my aircraft anymore.

Thank you DJI for adding Waypoints , 25 fps in Night mode and other features / fixes. It shows DJI does listen to the customers!!!

bro bro.  when doing a flash.  use that data cord an connect to a pc.  only way to go.  if you tried this or got help already disregard.  gl.

Thank you for waypoints an supporting the hardware you release.  As you know, give some one an inch, an they will want a foot.  Lets compramise with sdk .  Jokes aside, thank you very much for waypoints.

no, the limit got changed to 1km from 500 meters, you will be pleasantly surprised

Thank you DJI for fixing peaking levels in Manual Focus , it is now in Red as before. Yet to test overexposure warning Also thank you so much for Waypoints, that is something many of us really need and wanted!
