What is the risk flying under this condition?
Checking for updates it says that it is at the latest version

I have now a Mavic 3 classic with rc controller and had my maiden flight yesterday. I too had continuous message "Loading database Failed. Geo awareness function degraded code 1B070002".
I refreshed the firmware of controller and drone via assist but nothing helped.
Then I booted both, waited outside for enough satellites (white gps), connected my wifi and then was able to find and install a flysafe database update.
Just did a test flight and there is no more notification.

So the solution is: Wait outside for enough satellites (white gps), connect wifi and then update.

I am getting code 1b0a0002 on my Air 3 and everything is up to date

Hi there. Please check and ensure the Aircraft has a good GPS signal and follow the steps below.
1. Go to Camera View > Settings > About > FlySafe Data
2. Click Check for Updates
3. Update the database following the guidance
4. After updating, the latest version code will displayed on the DJI Fly

Olá. Obrigado por entrar em contato e lamentamos profundamente o transtorno causado. Nossos projetos planejam isolar esse problema e uma solução foi fornecida. Conforme FlyKapture relatado no comentário acima, você precisa atualizar os “Dados de segurança dinâmicos” do aplicativo. Consulte os seguintes passos:
1. Conecte o controle remoto/telefone celular ao Wi-Fi.
2. Vá para Visualização da câmera > Configurações > Sobre > Dados FlySafe.

O voo de mapeamento 3D deixou de funcionar, o Zoom 56X também deixou de funcionar enquanto filma. Já funcionou tudo, mas de repente puff. O RTK deixou de funcionar e bloqueou a possibilidade de voo. Desliguei-o e voei com um erro de avionica ativo, mas sem notar nenhuma alteração no comportamento da aeronave até pelo menos 1000 metros de distância e a 120 metros de altitude.Tenho o mesmo problema no meu Mavic 3E, mas nenhuma solução funciona. A opção de dados flysafe está apenas na app dji fly e não consigo conectar o drone ao celular. o que devo fazer?
