I just bought a pocket 2 from a thrift store and it doesn't seem to take a charge. I've tried several different chargers, all with the same result: The device says it's charging when powered on, but it doesn't seem to actually charge. It's slowly discharging and now that the battery is below 6%, it will shut down after starting.

I've tried factory resetting the device while I still could, but no luck there. All I'm getting is a green light, which is constantly blinking.

Does anyone know of a way to solve this issue? Thank you in advance!

Do you see any change in the pattern of the blinks during the charging when attempting to charge and keeping the cable connected all the time during charging?

If the charging goes as it is supposed to do, it will act like this (when powered off but charging):
0-25% charge: blinks one time for every second (approximately)
25-50% charge: blinks quickly two times in succession for every second (approximately)
50-75% charge: blinks quickly three times in succession for every two seconds (approximately)
75-99% charge: blinks quickly four times in succession for every two seconds (approximately)
Full charge: light turns on and stays on for about six seconds, then turns off completely

If changes do occur about like the description above after some waiting, the charging is working as it is supposed to. If it remains the same all the time, your Pocket 2 may be busted.

DJI does offer some kind of battery change service for the Pocket 2, but I have never used it, so I'm not sure how it works in practice. But you could ask the support.
