Has anyone here head when the FAA will be releasing the the FAR Part 107 , Operation and Certification of Small Unmanned Aircraft System?I was talking to my local ATC regarding flying within the 5 mile cirlce around the airport and they mentioned that Nov. 11 the new law will be released and taking effect. I was under the assumption that it was going to be next year sometime at the earliest.   

I was under the same assumption as you. It would be great if they could get something finalized by November!

So nobody else has heard this about November I guess?
