I have done the latest updates for both the Mavic 3 and the RC Controller and took it out for a flight today. I was in sing shot mode and found i could not zoom (1 to 3X) at all using the scroll wheel. Has anyone else found this. I tried resetting the aircraft and controller then reset button Custimizations but didnt work.

Zoom wheen works in explorer mode. Is there a setting i need to change.

I too found this and im not on the newest firmware.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. After Mavic 3 firmware is upgraded to V01.00.07.00 and later versions, the normal photo mode only supports switching from Hasselblad camera to telephoto camera, only 1x and 7x can be switched/supported, also the zoom function is not supported. If you want to use zoom in photo mode, please switch to explore mode to maximize this feature. Thank you for your understanding and support.
