Hello there, Eric POLET. Thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to read about the difficulties you are encountering. Please follow these recommendations to eliminate the issue:
1. Uninstall and reinstall the software. Please reinstall the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) from this link: {https://www.dji.com/mini-3-pro/downloads}.
2. Let the aircraft cool down for about half an hour.
3. Reconnect DJI Assistant 2 to update. If it still fails, double-check if the firmware version of the aircraft is already on its latest. The current firmware is v01.00.0400.
4. If it is not the latest version and the update still fails, connect the drone to the RC and open the app.
5. Drop down on the camera view, and check whether there is a hardware error showing on the aircraft status. If there's any, please take note of it and share it with us.
