I just recently bought a DJ IRC has anyone had any issues with it?  

I will be using it with my mavic 3.

Nope all good here after a month, brilliant now I have the C1/C2, 5d button and zoom wheel back again as with the Standard remotes for the Inspire and MP2. It should have been standard with the M3.. Enjoy and best of luck with it.

RC works great with the Mavic3, only issue is you'll run out of customisible buttons before you know.There's only 2 on the RC, as opposed to a total of 8 on the RC Pro.
