I would like to know if anyone has tested the focus motor or LiDAR focus with a 18-135mm lens, to know if it is compatible.

Sorry for the late reply.
Please note that DJI LiDAR Focus Rangefinder (RS) only supports using manual lenses that have mechanical endpoints. It is not compatible with your lens.
And if you want to use a focus motor, you may need to use it with a gear strip.

Oh thank you very much, the 10-18mm lens wouldn't be compatible either I guess.

In case I buy the gear strip, can I use the focus motor with both lenses?

If not, would you still recommend the DJI RS 3 for my canon 80D?

The focus motor can control the rotation of the lens focus/zoom ring, but since such lens has not been tested by our team, we recommend you test it to see if it works well.
