Yeah there are heavier limitations in Kuwait than in the USA. He would have had to get a permit to do that flight.
I was curious as I just got my P107 a few months ago how the laws/regulations compared... sucks to be in Kuwait. lol

Is there any benefit for me as a crazy consumer to have my P107?

I am pretty sure I would still need a wavier to fly say a super heavy drone?

I have always got what I needed out of my AMA and the local flying sites.

so my first though is "Man, I need to live there" as that building is large enough to hold like 6 million office workers  and there are no cars on the road?

Zero traffic? Is it a holiday or something? I wish the streets here were that open.

Beautiful Downtown area. Beautiful Glass buildings for sure.
