Hugely frustrating news from the CAA, as it moves to actively NOT recognise new C-labels, meaning UK owners have no benefit at all from the new C1 labels coming in.

Frustrating as all the CAA website and CAP 72 and CAP 2012 all refer to C markings, without any mention of it being a temporary measure.....  Poor.

Im just pleased that I didnt buy the Mavic 3 now.

That is interesting.

Really sad news to hear for all UK pilots Ian.  Seems like CAA did a massive flip flop on this. However, even here the FAA does displace recreational flyers more and more so things are going to change here in the US as well, and not for the better.

I just hope they don't have a change of view on the sub 250 gm models too ......

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you Ian.  Hopefully, common sense will prevail.
