Been there done that - they flat out refused to open a ticket, kept denying that the problem even exists, despite the fact that I have photos taken on a tripod from 60-70 cm away and the text on the spine of the books on my bookshelf is still fuzzier than a Muppet.
In the end, your Customer Support team pretty much told me to bring it to my local DJI distributor and let them deal with it. No ticket, no RMA advice, nothing.
Horrible customer support and the "head in the sand la la la" behavior by GoPro was the biggest reason I switched to DJI, but it looks like DJI is going down the same line.
On the other hand, if DJI acknowledges the issue and offers a replacement or fix, it would significantly increase trust in the brand, and that is worth far more than than the cost of a recall over the next few years. |
