Dear all, I can't update my drone. Just keep getting a server error. Could someone advise please.

Error message states “server error. Wait a moment and try again (code0x115000100001)
Updating via DJI Fly on the controller. Been like this for approximately two weeks

We recommend that you try switching to another network (like a mobile hotspot), and attempt to update again. If the error remains, we highly suggest that you update the firmware through the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series), just as frankymusik mentioned in the comment above. Here are the steps in updating through the  DJI Assistant 2:
1. On your computer, download DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) at: (https://www.dji.com/mini-3-pro/downloads).
2. Power on DJI RC and the aircraft (one at a time) and connect it to the computer with a USB cable.
3. Launch DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series). After the DJI Assistant 2 identifies the aircraft/remote controller, click the connected device name icon.
3. Select "Firmware Update" from the left-hand side and choose the option to "Update" or "Refresh" whichever is available.

Don’t advise that it causes all sorts of issues

You can go to your Profile on the remote and then settings and check for updates.  This option fixed it for me.

Make sure that you are logged in into your dji account.

It took me ages to figure this out.  It has nothing to do with a network error despite what you may read below.  The problem is that you've been logged out of your profile on your controller.  Log back in and it will update just fine.

Thanks so much for pointing out the simple solution  previous posts were convoluted time consuming unnecessary

I got same error last night and after several restarts of both drone & controller, it did update very smoothly.
