Hi gaby ferella, sorry for the issue you encountered. May I know if the unit is a brand new one or if it was working before?
Please make sure that the gimbal has been connected to the DJI Mimo app and activated successfully. Go to the Bluetooth settings on the mobile phone. Click the corresponding Bluetooth name and then click Unpair and ignore the Bluetooth connection, then reset the Bluetooth by pressing the M button, shutter/record button, and trigger at the same time. Then use the DJI Mimo app to relink the Bluetooh.
