Im currently deciding between getting the Air 2S and the Mini 3 Pro. Which drone is better and are there any drones better than those two that cost less than €1100?

It really depends on what you are going to use the drone for and another consideration is your location.  If you are in the UK you may be better off with the Mini 3 Pro due to weight restrictions of the Air 2S.  

I have both drones and both are very capable drones.  The Air 2S does have a bit larger sensor but the Mini 3 Pro is great for travel and flying time.

As with the above, each has its advantages and disadvantages, there is no definitive answer that fits all circumstances and people..

Not sure where you live, but in a lot of (EU) countries the <250g drone could be favorable.
