Hi, has anyone had a problem with updating the air 2 s ? I can`t fly at all as I keep getting messages to say I need to update my firmware. When I try it, it always says instalation failed and not allowed to fly. It started with the Japanese fly restrictions, but now it says al USA restrictions too. Not really much use living in the UK.
I try to by pass all of this and see if I can fly, but always have to pair with the drone.
All my other drones are fine and updates work well, but the AIR 2 S is nothing but problems and not even been able to fly it since before the so called updates.
HELP, PLEASE.

Hi there. Dave8646, I am sorry for the difficulties you experienced. Could you please try to update the firmware by the DJI Assistant 2 (https://www.dji.com/uk/downloads ... sumer-drones-series) and check if the firmware can be updated successfully?
Please keep us updated if the firmware still fails, a screenshot of the error message would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry for this situation, if the firmware can not be updated even with DJI Assistant 2 on the computer, you may consider sending the drone back to us for further diagnosis and service.

The drone will be posted tomorrow. I tried again tonight to upload the firmware, and still the same message, it failed to upload.
