I can see the screen in the image transmission settings to go from auto to custom but no matter how many times I press the custom button it will not go from auto to custom. Why?

it is because you live in a country where it is not allowed to change the settings. you just have to accept the rules and regulations

Change region settings of your device to USA and you'll be able to select custom BUT it's against the European regulations.

I don't know wicht device you use but on my iPhone of iPad I go into settings>general and change language&region.

I really don't understand why there would be restrictions on this setting from country to country.
