I wuz a bouy scout - be prepared they said - founder was some lord Baking Powder I believe
so if you can't fly, try summat else

All I learned in that line was to make tea with sweetened ants when camping,
Somehow the ants always got into the condensed milk

Ugh!
We learned how to make bread dough, wrap it round a stick and burn it in the campfire until it was (in theory) edible.

A bit of both, if memory serves
Grinding the charred lump off the stick with teeth inevitably led to a few splinters
