It is recommended to update the app/remote controller before November 25, 2022 to continue to benefit from regular feature updates and performance improvements.

Continuing using older versions of DJI app will negatively impact map display. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.

Congratulations! Maps stopped loading on my DLG60A remote control.
Aircraft version N3AGR2
Flight controller version: 1.0.1.0 - (CN)
RC Firmware version 1.1.0.0
DJI MG VERSION V1.8.1.4

For the operation of agrodromes and field marking, I absolutely need maps to be loaded. Last year everything was fine, but this year they stopped working. Tell me how to update the firmware of the remote control so that the drone will continue to work?

But are there new versions of the controller firmware and how to do it?
I use AG Solution 2.0 on my drone
Where can I get the DJI MG firmware file - V1.8.27 (MG-1S Series), V1.8.57 (MG-1S Advanced)? The version 1.8.1.4 is installed on my remote, the maps do not work and I cannot work. Please tell me

Sorry for the late response.
Our engineers recommend you reset the remote controller to the factory settings if the internet is normal.

Is it really so? Cards won't work on my remote? I can't load the map on my controller. I can't see the satellite image. Can you help with this? What will change after a factory reset?
In my opinion, absolutely nothing.

You have disabled maps for drones that were before the Agras T16 series.
This is not fair - give us back the opportunity to work

Restoring the factory settings is the solution provided by our engineers.
However, if this method can not resolve the issue, we do not have any solutions now.

The New Zealand maps are totally out of date.
When will they be updated?
I run GSPro 2.0.18 for my P4P v2

Hello, there. Do you mean the map is outdated but not other problems? Like blurry, incomplete, or anything else?
