I took the DJI Osmo Action 3 for its first adventure - which turned out to be more than I bargained for!
It began with the usual motorcycle ride (in hyperlapse) to Dapat se Gat where I descended the steeply tricky (for me) pathway of wretched rocks (in the process of which I managed to fall only once having lost my balance, mainly due to the fact that I had a backpack on one shoulder, containing my Mini 2, Pocket 2 and my riding jacket, and still trying to capture footage with the OA3.
At the bottom of the decent I set the mini 2 free to get some air, and then walked along the beach toward the caves, past the alluring young bikini girls, one of which bewitched me by being only in a monokini! But had tatoos too!
After exploring the caves I did a totally stupid (told you I was bewitched) thing, walking to pass a large rocky outcrop when the sea decided to wave at me all friendly like bestowing my boots and jeans up to my knees with it's best brine.
In waterlogged boots with added sand, I explored the way back, taking in the sexy sorority sights.
Having read your preamble, I noted that everything you describe came to pass. I had to smile at the moment you got a soaking
And I had to wind back several times at one point to make sure my eyes didn't deceive me
Entertaining throughout

You said"And I had to wind back several times at one point to make sure my eyes didn't deceive me"
Did you mean one point or two? Hint: That is a pointed question.

Sorry about that Depp. I'll file that under "right church, wrong pew". I guess I replied to Post 2 and not Post 1.
Did you ever get one of them days boy, when nothing goes right fdrom morning till night - especially if you have a wooden heart - and live at Graceland

Interesting footage Droffarc. Was worth watching twice all the way through, albeit I did stop it a couple of times at strategic places.

I've been having more than my fair share of those days lately.
Weathers been really gusty here lately so I've been spending more time making bubbles than flying. But then again, nothing wrong with that.
As long as you set them bubble free.
I once had a nasty experience with bubbles while doing a J ships bottom search - vertigo - it seemed I was falling downward - fortunately my buddy was very experienced and knew which way was up

I got vertigo during a cave dive and now avoid caves completely. Diver buddies are always a must.
