I've actually been there, quite a few years ago.  It used to be black, as I recall.
They're obviously doing a major restoration on it.

Yes the cap and small sail have recently been replaced. I expect the six sails will be the last to be fitted.

Funny: There was a guy with a long gun sitting there. I asked him if he'd mind me flying the drone or if he'd shoot me down. He said: I'm only shooting rats... So I started flying - slightly timidly...
