Exactly 1 year ago I have registered a service request for Mavic 2 Zoom, but still haven't sent the drone to the service (I was able to use it despite some damage in drone body). However, now I decided to finally repair it.

Should I use the repair case registered one year ago or create a new one? In the meantime the service center for my country changed from Germany to Hungary.
