Good Evening,
We are flying 2 M300s with H20T payloads. All aircraft are running the most recent firmware.
We have started having "Link Loss with C2" errors on both aircraft. Along with these errors, we have images with incorrect time stamps. By comparing the image location vs timestamp, we can see that the exif data/timestaff is incorrect in random pictures. We don't believe that images are missing, only wrong time.
By reviewing flight logs, all flights before October 25th have 0 link lost errors. All flights after November 1st have dozens of "link Loss" errors. This is occuring with both aircraft and on every flight now.
We have not attempted any firmware updates or equipment swaps after October 25th.
Has anyone else noticed wrong times or "Lost Link" errors lately?

Hello, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Did the aircraft disconnect with the remote controller? If so, please check the firmware version of the remote controller and aircraft to make sure they both are the latest version. If not, please update them. After that, please move to another open field and test again.
About the timestamp, do you mean the date and time in the picture were not consistent with that in the remote controller?

Wanda, thanks for the reply.
All firmware is up to date.. Its weird that both aircraft are having this issue.
What I mean by timestamp is the time the picture is taken is different than what is shown in the picture exif data.
We fly power lines..   I know that we take 5 pictures of pole 1, 5 pictures of pole 2, 5 pictures of pole 3 etc..
When we filter the images by time, Pole 1 may have the 5 pictures in the right order, pole 2 may have 3 of the 5 with the right time, pole 3 may have 4 of the 5 with the right time, then pole 4 will have 2 pictures from pole 2 grouped with the 5 of Pole 4.   I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for your feedback.
1. If both of your aircraft have been updated to the latest firmware version and the issue will appear within the range of 500m wherever you are.
Please send it back for further diagnosis.
2. For the timestamp, please open the time sync function in your remote controller and then connect to the internet.
