Hola, mi mavic 2 air tiene 12 horas de vuelo. hace una semana que no puedo volarlo. La pantalla de mi samsung s21 me dice que no está conectado el RC. le saque la funda al celular, cambie el cable, gire 180° la ficha, cargue el firmware, desintalé y reinstale la app djifly....y no reconoce la conexión. Me llama la atención que el firmware que carga sea tan anterior (V04.11.0034) del 2022.06.14 Estoy muy frustrado con el inconveniente. Que podria hacer? gracias

Refresh is an option no available on the DJI assistant 2 Ani i don't know why.!! I'm very frustrated

May we know if you use the DJI Assistant 2 For Mavic, can the firmware list load out?

When I plug in the DJI Assistant 2 for Consumer Drone it detect the drone and the controller firmware but the update, refresh option and previous firmware are not seen.. but when I plug with the Assistant for mavic it can't detect the firmware version in the drone and the controller neither

I'm using mine with the mini 2 drone and this show when I link the controller with the app you sent to me Assistant 2 for mavic

And when I plug to the PC with the consumer drone series show this, no updates, no refresh and no other options available

If you are experiencing the same issue, that refers to the controller is not connected to the mobile device.
