For this issue, could you please try the following steps first?
1. Log out and log in the DJI account in the DJI app.
2. Update the DJI APP, fly safe database version, the firmware of the drone and remote controller to the latest version.
3. Ensure the DJI APP has a good internet connection.
4. Turn on the drone and the remote controller and re-link them, then connect to the mobile device, open the DJI APP.
If you still have the issues, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
If it still does not work, please kindly provide us the information below for further assistance:
1) Flight Controller Serial Number, please check the attachment for your reference. (It can be found on App’s About page );
2) Flight location latitude and longitude
3) Your DJI Account email;
