So I just got this email after I have been in chat with them earlier, and they doesn't see the problem with my clearly soft focus camera.


This is going towards DJI reputation since they can't even see clearly that a camera have wrong focus.


I sent a email back with all videos AGAIN and wrote that even with a +2 reading glass infront clearly show wrong focus from factory.
This is sad since they can't face the facts, or actually see the difference.

Here are the videos I sent back in latest email, clearly show how bad my copy is.

Surely having sent it in you don’t agree, so they need to replace it . The videos should show them .

I just have to wait for Monday to see what they come up with. Just sending it to NL from Norway took 10 DAYS!!! Our mail service is ...

Now you will get a camera from November that will finally be without focus problems, with a new stabilization option and will shoot in HDR. Fingers crossed for you!

Just hope it is sharp and good, especially since I sent mine there 4 weeks ago (mail service in Norway sucks and always did)

So today my new camera finally arrived back from DJI in NL. It only took 1 month from when I sent it to get it back.
It is made in November so the focus and everything should be good.
Did a quick test just after I got it and had updated the firmware, and the little light we have here now it is more like shooting in lowlight.
So I have to do a good added light-test another time since I didn't have time today.

Here I tested it against OA1 but also standalone in different modes.
What you guys think? I will not make any conclusion until I have done a proper test.

Looks pretty good to me, but would be nice to see something else, too, other than just the snowy trees because this way it's almost just black and white. Although I'm looking at the tiny small branches and they do look nice and sharp in low light.

I was in a hurry to check it out since this was just past 12 mid-day so it was getting dark already.

Tomorrow is my plan to try it out different places, with good light.

I agree with you, but I will do a proper test tomorrow and check it in good light since today it was more lowlight with the bad light we have now.

Yes you need good light conditions for proper tests. You have a very beautiful, snowy landscape on the video, but actually too less light.

I totally agree with you. And that's why I didn't make a proper test video and put that non public just to show you guys here on the forum.

Will see tomorrow what I can come up with.
