Seems to depend on who you ask about the range,,   Many people are still complaining about it.   I actually find it slightly better than the Mini 2,  and oddly with the plus battery it seems about the same as the Mavic 2 Pro.

There is a spot where I cant fly with the standard battery but if you swap to the plus battery I can.   It's quite odd.

We all have in the EU right?
But there is a lot of lakes you can use as 'well, here it does not matter' excuse and they don't enforce as much in Sweden, especially not when you don't pose a risk. And when you are a foreigner, it will be even less
