Anyone tried to combine the Osmo Mobile 6 with an iPhone 11 pro with Quad Lock case?

Hope that you could get the best recommendation from our fellow DJI members here that currently using the DJI Osmo Mobile 6 with the said case for their mobile device. Please note that you may use your mobile device with a case attached but if the phone is wrapped with a case, its size should be compatible with the gimbal. Thank you for your response. We cannot guarantee that this will work properly on the unit as we haven't tested this accessory. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I have tried iPhone 11 Pro Max with quad lock case on  DJI Osmo 4. It looks like the gimbal is unable to hold the weight. Each time I want to use the gimbal, I have to removed the case for it to work. That is the main reason why I seldom use the DJI Osmo.

I am a little late coming to this thread but I am trying to solve the Quadlock case problem as well and I was wondering what part that is you have pictured. I have scoured the Quadlock site and cannot find that piece. Is it a part of an assembled product?
