It is just 'the' most abstract form of drone photography.
With some lines in the shot, it is sort of art guaranteed

It is one of the things I can only capture with a drone and that is 'almost' guaranteed to work out.

I believe they fixed the mechanism.
There is quite a few of these drawbridges over this canal still, but none are functioning anymore.

They do regular maintenance, as this is part of the infrastructure.
But a few of the old ones were replaced by 'new' fixed bridges, so it is pointless to spend the money on keeping them operational.
(that is probably the logic behind it anyway)

Sorry, I don't take a lot of shots and the few videos I make are of my grandson racing his gokart or his motorcycle.  I fly the drones more for personal enjoyment than making aerial videos.  Probably not what they were designed for but flying is fun to me.

I'll try to start dabbling in photography and videos and see how that goes.  However, that doesn't mean that I don't truly appreciate the great work that everybody posts.
